The Energy and Water Agency with the support of the Chamber of SMEs has in the past months conducted Energy and Water Awareness visits in a number of Pharmacies.  The ultimate goal of these visits was to produce recommendations and educate the responsible persons at these enterprises in reducing energy consumption, lower related operational costs and contribute to a more environmentally sustainable facility.

To present the findings an online meeting is being held where officers of the Energy and Water Agency and Malta Enterprise will explain the ‘recommendations’ and associated schemes how their implementation can be supported

Information session – ‘Know your currency’ – Central Bank of Malta

The Malta Chamber of SMEs is going to organise an online Training Session in collaboration with the Central Bank of Malta.

The Session aims to help understand how to detect counterfeit Euro banknotes and coins, thus safeguarding the business in the process. It will also include information about the varying security features found in the Euros and the skills and tools utilised to check for counterfeits.

A certificate of attendance will be issued by the Central Bank of Malta to each attendee.

This Training Session is open to members, non-members will need to join as a member in order to attend the session.

The Malta Chamber of SMEs will be organising a Webinar on Employment Law.

During this session, an expert from Gonzi and Associates, Advocates will delve into the latest developments in employment regulations, with a focus on topics such as contracts and probation periods.It’s a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the current legal landscape affecting the workplace.

The webinar is organised under the project ‘Supported by the Norway Grant 2014-2021, in the frame of the Social Dialogue and Decent Work Programme.’
