Il-GRTU ma tista qatt tiehu dan l-inkarigu ghax l-ewwelnett mhix licenzjata mir-Regulatur tal-Energija biex tiffunzjona bhal agenzija tal-Gas u t-tieninett din hija responsabilta shiha kemm ekonomika kif ukoll socjali tal-Enemalta Corporation. Hija l-Enemalta li hi licenzjata mir-Regulatur u awtorizzata mill-Parlament biex tiehu responsabbilta unika ghas-servizz tal-Gas u mezzi ta’ energija ohra. Ghalhekk id-distribuzzjoni tal-Gas hija asssolutament responsabilta tal-Enemalta u hadd ma ghandu b’xi mod inaqqas id-dover ta’ l-Enemalta permezz tal-customer care taghha u permezz tal-impjant taghha fil-Qajjenza li tizgura li l-pubbliku ikun moqdi.
