The GRTU has been informed about the below excerpts from the EU official journal in relation to developments in anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases for the information of our members:

imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel originating in the People's Republic of China
terminating the anti-dumping proceeding on imports of polyester staple fibres originating in the People's Republic of China
Notice of the impending expiry of anti-dumping measures on 14.3.2012 on Tungsten electrodes from China
Notice of initiation of a partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of potassium chloride originating, inter alia, in Russia
terminating the expiry review and ‘the new exporter' review of the anti-dumping measures concerning imports of certain magnesia bricks originating in the People's Republic of China
Notice of the impending expiry of anti-dumping measures on 27.4.2012 on Ironing boards from China and Ukraine
Notice of initiation of an anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel, excluding seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel, originating in Belarus
Notice of initiation of an expiry review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel originating in Croatia, Russia and Ukraine
Notice of the impending expiry of anti-dumping measures on 18.4.2012 on Certain frozen strawberries from China
